KLTUF Store ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information We Collect
- Contact & inquiry submissions — name, email, and message when you contact us.
- Seller submissions — name, contact info, payment details (Zelle/PayPal/Venmo handle), item details, and photos submitted through our Sell With Us form.
- Payment processing — card payments and Apple Pay are processed by Stripe. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. Zelle and Venmo transfers are handled directly by those platforms. We never see, store, or have access to your full card number or banking credentials.
- Browser storage — your shopping cart is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). We do not store cart data on our servers.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries and complete transactions.
- To review, verify, and list items submitted by sellers.
- To coordinate payouts to sellers after a sale.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
- Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- PayPal — payment processing. Subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy.
- Formspree — form submission handling. Submissions are forwarded to our email.
- ImgBB — image hosting for product photos.
Cookies & Tracking
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels. No personal browsing data is collected or shared.
Data Retention
Seller submission data is retained for the duration of the listing and up to 90 days after the item is sold or removed. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing freta@kltuf.com.
Children's Privacy
KLTUF Store is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us immediately.
Terms of Service
By accessing or using kltuf.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of the Site
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or submit a listing.
- You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only.
- You may not attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the operation of kltuf.com.
Marketplace Role
KLTUF Store acts as a consignment marketplace intermediary. We list items on behalf of sellers, collect payment from buyers, and remit the seller's share after the transaction. We are not the manufacturer or original retailer of any listed item.
Payments
- Card & Apple Pay — processed securely by Stripe. Subject to Stripe's Terms of Service.
- PayPal — processed via PayPal Checkout. Subject to PayPal's User Agreement.
- Zelle / Venmo — direct bank transfers. Include the item name in your payment note.
Listings & Accuracy
- All listings are based on information provided by sellers. KLTUF verifies items before listing but cannot guarantee absolute accuracy.
- We reserve the right to refuse, edit, or remove any listing at our sole discretion.
- Prices are in US Dollars (USD).
Prohibited Items
The following may not be listed or sold on KLTUF Store:
- Counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods
- Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
- Controlled substances or drug paraphernalia
- Adult content or items inappropriate for a general marketplace
- Items that infringe on intellectual property rights
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland. By using this site, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of Maryland courts.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Refund Policy
We want every buyer to be satisfied with their purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before buying.
Eligible Refunds
- Item not as described: Contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. If the item significantly differs from its description or photos, we will issue a full refund once the item is returned in its original condition.
- Item not received: If your item has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.
- Damaged in transit: Contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you on a full or partial refund depending on the extent of damage.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind — all sales are final unless the item is not as described.
- Items returned without prior approval.
- Damage caused by the buyer after receipt.
How to Request a Refund
Email freta@kltuf.com with your name, the item purchased, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request. Include photos if applicable.
Approved refunds are issued via the same payment method used for purchase (Stripe/PayPal/Zelle/Venmo) within 3 business days of approval.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. You will receive a tracking number by email once your item ships.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on item size and weight.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment (continental US).
- Expedited shipping may be available — contact us before purchasing to arrange.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on item weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Free shipping on orders over $75 (continental US only).
- Buyer pays shipping on orders under $75 unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for select items. If a listing offers local pickup, you will coordinate directly with us via email after purchase.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window or shows as lost by the carrier, contact us at freta@kltuf.com. We will file a carrier claim and issue a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the continental United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Seller Agreement
By submitting an item through the KLTUF Sell With Us form, you ("Seller") agree to the following terms with KLTUF Store ("KLTUF").
Commission Structure
- • KLTUF retains a flat 3% commission on the final sale price
- • Seller receives 97% of the final sale price
Commission is calculated on the final sale price, excluding any shipping costs charged to the buyer.
Verification Process
- All submitted items are subject to verification by KLTUF before being listed.
- You must provide clear, accurate photos from multiple angles (front, back, sides, any defects).
- KLTUF may request additional photos or a short video before approving a listing.
- Items that are misrepresented, prohibited, or fail verification will not be listed. You will be notified by email or phone.
- Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submission.
Seller Obligations
- You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the item and have the right to sell it.
- You confirm that all information and photos submitted are truthful and accurate.
- You agree to ship or deliver the item promptly once a sale is confirmed by KLTUF.
- You agree not to sell the same item through another channel once it is listed on KLTUF.
Payout Timeline
- Seller payout is issued within 3 business days after the buyer confirms receipt of the item.
- Payouts are made via Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo — whichever method you selected on your submission form.
- You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate. KLTUF is not liable for failed transfers due to incorrect payment details.
Unsold Items
- If your item has not sold after 30 days, KLTUF will contact you to discuss a price adjustment or removal of the listing.
- No fees are charged on unsold items.
- You may request removal of your listing at any time by contacting freta@kltuf.com.
Item Loss or Damage
- KLTUF acts as a listing intermediary and does not take physical possession of items unless a local drop-off arrangement is made.
- For shipped items, the seller is responsible for proper packaging. KLTUF will assist in filing carrier claims if damage occurs during transit.
- If an item is lost or damaged after a local drop-off to KLTUF, we will work with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution.
KLTUF's Right to Remove Listings
KLTUF reserves the right to remove or decline any listing at any time, without obligation to provide a reason, if the item violates our prohibited items policy, fails verification, or is otherwise unsuitable for the marketplace.
Disputes
Any disputes between seller and KLTUF shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting freta@kltuf.com. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the governing law of the State of Maryland.
