- All items are sold as described. Photos and descriptions are provided in good faith.
- KLTUF Store acts as an intermediary marketplace. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
- Payments are made via PayPal or Zelle. Transactions are subject to those platforms' own terms.
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or submit a listing.
- We reserve the right to refuse or remove any listing at our discretion.
- KLTUF Store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Refund Policy
We want every buyer to be satisfied. Here is our return and refund policy:
- Item not as described: Contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. If the item significantly differs from its description, we will issue a full refund once the item is returned.
- Item not received: If your item has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
- Change of mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final unless the item is not as described.
- Damaged in transit: If an item arrives damaged, contact us with photos within 48 hours and we will work with you on a resolution.
